GENERAL FESTIVAL QUESTIONS

BlockParty London is taking place at Harris Park, located at 530 Ridout Street in London, Ontario.

Yes! The box office will be located at the front of the festival gates.  Tickets are limited quantity and first come, first serve. Please note: it will be cash only at the gates.

BlockParty London is an All Ages (16+) event and is not suitable for young children.

The venue is wheelchair accessible with an elevated viewing platform for those with wheelchairs or other accessible needs. Please be advise that the platform has limited availability and will be first come, first serve.

There is NO on-site parking available. There are city of London parking lots within a one-three block radius.  Harris Park is also accessible by multiple bus routes. Please check www.londontransit.cato find which route works best for you.

The official BlockParty London After Parties will be held at London Music Hall – 185 Queens Avenue.

AFTERPARTY

After Parties will take place at the London Music Hall, located at 185 Queens Ave, London ON.

There will be an After Party following each day of the festival.

No, your wristband is not a ticket to the After Party. After Party tickets are sold separately and will be available at the door or through ticketmaster.ca, until quantities last.

Doors open at 11PM on both days, Sept 14th& 15th2018.

Artists will be announced on Blockparty London’s social media within 24 hours before the event takes place.

PERFORMERS

GA and VIP tickets do not include meet and greets. Bands/Artists manage their own schedules outside of their allocated performance time.  BlockParty London has no control over setting up meet & greets with fans.

TICKETS and WRISTBANDS

There are two types of tickets: General Admission and VIP. You can purchase tickets in person at the London Music Hall box office, at ticketmaster.ca, or over the phone at 1-855-985-5000.  Tickets will also be available at the gates, while quantities last.

VIP upgrades for general admission tickets will be available onsite during the festival, while quantities last.

VIP-19+ upgrades for general admission tickets will be available onsite during the festival, while quantities last.

  • VIP Only entrance
  • Access to VIP Only section, including a section divided in front of stage.
  • Access to VIP Only Private Washrooms
  • Use of VIP Only Private Bars
  • Access to VIP Only Elevated viewing section

Yes! You can upgrade your GA admission ticket for a VIP admission ticket at the VIP entrance inside the festival grounds, while quantities last.

Please note: VIP area is 19+ ONLY- therefore only those of legal drinking age can enter.

All ticket sales are final.  BlockParty London is a rain or shine event therefore no refunds will be issued due to weather. Artists and program schedules are subject to change without notice.

Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that cannot be shared and must remain on the same individual during both days of the festival. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, the BlockParty London staff has the right to refuse entrance at their own discretion.

Wristbands will be available for pickup at the London Music Hall on the following dates:

Wristband are available for pickup at the FESTIVAL gates between 3:00PM-10:00PM on the specific date your ticket is purchased for.

**MUST have the ID of the ticket purchaser to pick up wristband(s).

Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that cannot be shared and must remain on the same individual during both days of the festival. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, the BlockParty London staff has the right to refuse entrance at their own discretion.

Wristband are available for pickup at the BLOCKPARTY gates between 4PM-10:00PM on both Friday September 13th and Saturday September 14th.

You will need your ticket and the ID of the ticket purchaser to pick up your wristband.

Yes, tickets will be available at the box office, located at the entrance to the festival grounds.

Please note: it will be CASH ONLY at the gates.

There is a strict no re-entry policy at BlockParty London.

Please keep your ticket with you as proof of purchase. However, once you receive your wristband, it is considered your ticket into the festival and must be worn by you at all times.
NOTE: In the case of cancellation of the festival- your ticket will be used for refunds at point of purchase, NOT wristbands. 

Yes, you need your wristband to enter the festival. Early wristband pick up will be available at the London Music Hall box office on schedule dates.

Wristbands are non-transferrable. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, it will be voided and will result in denied entrance to the festival.

This is a general admission event with no designated sections of than for VIP ticket holders; the section/seat number on the ticket is for tracking purposes only.

AT THE FESTIVAL

BlockParty London is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.

The box office and all bars are CASH ONLY.
Acceptable forms of payment will vary at all food and merchandise vendors. 
There will be ATMs onsite.

Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited on site. There will be a variety of food and drink options available onsite. Stay tuned for a list of vendors!

Small clear, empty plastic water bottles are permitted upon entry.

Smoking within the festival grounds is PROHIBITED. There will be designated smoking areas just outside the main festival entrance.

Smartphone cameras and camera phones will be permitted. All professional cameras are prohibited unless otherwise approved in advance.

Yes, a free water refill station will be available onsite. Small clear and empty plastic water bottles allowed in upon entry.

Everyone attending BlockParty London will be searched upon entry.

You may enter the festival from 4PM-10:15pm both days. No Re-entry.

The festival will be taking place Rain or Shine. Please dress accordingly to the weather conditions.

NO smoking on the festival grounds. There will be a designated smoking area outside of the ground near the front gates.

ACCEPABLE ITEMS

  • Small bags. ONLY single compartment backpacks & purses (maximum 12”x12”)
  • Small clear empty plastic water bottles (No coloured bottles)
  • Fanny packs
  • Sealed sunscreen
  • Lighters and sealed packs of cigarettes
  • E-cigs or vapes that do not have refillable liquid chambers (only permitted in designated areas)
  • Physician-prescribed medication (must show physician’s prescription)
  • Earplugs
  • Powder makeup
  • Sealed tampons
  • Costumes (no masks)
  • Jewellery (NO spiked jewellery)
  • Sealed packs of gum
  • Hula hoops (including LED hoops)
  • Small towels
  • Flags/ handmade signs (no poles)
  • Non-professional flash/still cameras

ON SITE SERVICES

Food vendors will be located on site. Gluten Free option included. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

ATM Machines available on site.

There is NO on-site parking available. There are parking lots located within a one-three block radius of the park.

Portable restrooms are available throughout the grounds.

There are medical stations that are staffed with emergency medical professionals on site.

A FREE water refill station will be available on-site.
(Small clear empty plastic water bottles allowed)

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Multi-compartment backpacks and purses are NOT allowed. (Please store your personal items in a single compartment backpack or purse)
  • NO Large purses, bags or backpack (over 12″×12″)

  • NO Camelbacks
